Our client is looking for a Residential Property Manager to become part of their dynamic team. This key role focuses on delivering outstanding service to clients and requires a proactive, solution-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative office setting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all elements of tenancy management for landlords, ensuring adherence to lease agreements, legal requirements, and company protocols. Serve as the primary liaison for tenants throughout their tenancy journey.
• Compile and deliver regular performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to tenant queries and requests, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and service.
• Monitor rent collections and manage arrears effectively, taking appropriate follow-up actions as needed.
• Address property maintenance issues by sourcing competitive contractor quotes and supervising repair work.
• Organize smooth tenant move-outs, including the coordination of utility account transfers.
• Work closely with the Lettings Team to prepare properties for re-letting, ensuring they are market-ready.
• Contribute to improved performance in new lettings, occupancy rates, and lease renewals.

 
Key skills required:

• Holder of a valid PSRA C licence.
• At least 3 years of direct experience in residential tenancy or property management.
• In-depth knowledge of landlord-tenant legislation, RTB regulations, and statutory obligations relating to property.
• Drivers license & vehicle is required.
