Responsibilities:
Oversee all elements of tenancy management for landlords, ensuring adherence to lease agreements, legal requirements, and company protocols. Serve as the primary liaison for tenants throughout their tenancy journey.
Compile and deliver regular performance reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Respond promptly to tenant queries and requests, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and service.
Monitor rent collections and manage arrears effectively, taking appropriate follow-up actions as needed.
Address property maintenance issues by sourcing competitive contractor quotes and supervising repair work.
Organize smooth tenant move-outs, including the coordination of utility account transfers.
Work closely with the Lettings Team to prepare properties for re-letting, ensuring they are market-ready.
Contribute to improved performance in new lettings, occupancy rates, and lease renewals.
Key skills required:
Holder of a valid PSRA C licence.
At least 3 years of direct experience in residential tenancy or property management.
In-depth knowledge of landlord-tenant legislation, RTB regulations, and statutory obligations relating to property.
