The Company
Leading Main Contractor who have a track record of delivering some of the land mark projects in Dublin. Experts in the Commercial, Industrial and Pharma sectors they are looking to add a BIM Coordinator to the design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the implementation of BIM processes and technology across construction projects.
- Develop and maintain BIM models, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective BIM integration and information exchange.
Key Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of BIM tools and software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, etc.).
