Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and role qualification through to candidate sourcing, offer negotiation and placement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as a trusted adviser on hiring strategy, salaries and market conditions.
Develop new business through targeted calls, meetings, networking, referrals and proactive candidate introductions.
Source, interview and assess candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases and direct headhunting.
Manage multiple live assignments, ensuring a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates throughout the process.
Support and mentor junior consultants, sharing market knowledge and helping improve recruitment standards and performance.
