Stephen is an experienced recruiter and business leader. He has over 13 years of experience recruiting within the Construction and Property Sectors, and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying. Stephen leads our Executive Search campaigns recruiting C-Level and Senior positions and he has an unrivalled network. He has built, developed and managed market leading recruitment divisions and also managed large scale multinational recruitment campaigns for PLC’s and Global Multinationals, as well as local campaigns for Irish SME’s. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership skills to Strive.

In his free time he likes to catch up on podcasts, anything true crime or sport-related, while during the summer he is in Croke Park most weekends trying to convince himself Mayo will win an All-Ireland someday (that day has finally come!)

Kevin is an experienced Financial Services professional and a Recruitment expert. Over the past 12 years he grew and developed a large recruitment team across multiple sectors including Banking, Financial Services, Funds and Accounting, managing staff across multiple locations in Ireland and internationally. At Strive, he leads our Executive Search function in these areas, recruiting C-Suite and Senior positions.

He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and he started his career in Banking, initially in an Irish bank before moving into Prime Brokerage for a large US multinational. He has excelled in cultivating long lasting relationships with clients and candidates. His vision and passion for recruitment, drives his ambition for excellence at Strive.

Kevin is known for picking up a new hobby every other week, with his latest passion being Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. On weekends, you’ll find him coaching youth football teams around Dublin and watching Bohemian FC.

Odilija is an experienced recruiter and a marketing enthusiast. She has over 2 years of experience recruiting within the Property and Construction sectors. In 2023 she graduated with an honours Master’s degree in Management and Marketing from University College Cork. Odilija has an excellent ability to create long lasting relationships with her candidates and clients.

In her free time, Odilija enjoys tasting wine in Italian vineyards, painting, reading a good book, staying active at the gym, taking the occasional yoga class, and spending lots of time with her dog, Simba.

Kenan is an experienced recruiter with two years’ experience working in the financial services and technology sectors, specialising in banking. Kenan graduated from the Technological University of Dublin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing. Kenan has a passion for content creation and all things digital marketing! Kenan excels in working closely with his candidates and clients ensuring the best relationship possible.

A finance recruiter and weekend golfer, you’ll usually find Kenan on the course or powering through emails with a can of Monster in hand.

Sinéad is a recruiter specialising in accounting and finance roles. With a background in sales, she enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, focusing on understanding career goals and hiring needs to ensure the right match.

Sinead graduated from the Technological University of Dublin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing and has a strong interest in communication, content, and the digital space.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Sinead in the gym, writing, at the beach (whether the weather cooperates or not) or probably buying another perfume that definitely wasn’t needed.

Cian, an experienced recruiter with over 3 years of expertise across various sectors, specialises in Mechanical & Electrical and Civil Engineering. His professional portfolio includes collaborations with a spectrum of companies, ranging from large Tier 1 to small and medium-sized contractors.

Building strong connections with both clients and candidates is Cian’s forte. His journey in recruitment began when he discovered his gra and enthusiasm for the field while pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.

Cian finds joy in various activities outside of work. He relishes playing Gaelic Football and passionately supports Manchester United. However, his ultimate happiness stems from spending time outdoors, particularly when he takes his dogs to the local park.

Dana is a recruitment consultant specialising in construction roles. New to recruitment, she enjoys building strong relationships with both candidates and clients, taking the time to understand career goals and hiring needs to find the right fit.

Dana graduated from Technological University Dublin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Law. She has a strong interest in people, communication, and developing her career within the recruitment industry.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Dana doing karaoke, attempting to escape an escape room, or at home with her very spoiled and slightly overweight cat.

Josh is an experienced recruiter with a Bachelor’s degree in Recruitment Practices. Josh has worked with Tier 1 clients in the construction, residential and science sectors and has cultivated an excellent reputation. Josh has a passion for construction haven grown up in a household that was heavily involved in the industry. As part of the Construction & Property team in Strive Josh will be working with Main Contractors, Developers, Consultancies and Specialist Sub Contractors. In his free time Josh enjoys playing Rugby and occasionally going to the gym. A coffee lover you will find Josh out for a stroll with a coffee in hand.

Chloe is a Digital Marketing Executive at Strive with a strong interest in creativity, digital media, and brand development. She is currently completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing at Technological University Dublin, where she continues to build her knowledge and skills across the marketing industry. With a creative mindset and a passion for digital marketing, Chloe enjoys creating engaging content and contributing to the growth of the Strive brand.

Outside of work and college, Chloe has a strong interest in fashion and social media. She enjoys following emerging trends, discovering new styles, and exploring how fashion and digital platforms influence one another. She also enjoys creating and engaging with social media content while also spending time with family and friends.

Shane is a Maynooth University Business graduate with a strong foundation in management and talent acquisition, specialising in recruitment within the construction sector.

He loves the fast-paced environment of recruitment and avoiding contact on the rugby pitch.

A failed Connacht youth player, he still dreams of making it someday and is a massive advocate for Irish Rail.
