Strive was co-founded by Stephen Hoban and Kevin Halligan. We have 20 years of combined recruitment experience in Ireland and across the UK, Europe and America. We have built successful teams, worked with some of the best companies in the world and most importantly, we've helped thousands of people advance their careers. Stephen is an experienced recruiter and business leader. He has over 10 years of experience recruiting within the Construction and Property Sectors, and has a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying. Stephen has built, developed and managed market leading recruitment divisions, and he has an unrivalled network. He has also managed large scale multinational recruitment campaigns for PLC's and Global Multinationals, as well as local campaigns for Irish SME's. He brings a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership skills to Strive.
Kevin is an experienced Financial Services professional and a Recruitment expert. Over the past 10 years he grew and developed a large recruitment team across multiple sectors including Banking, Financial Services, Funds and Accounting, managing staff across multiple locations in Ireland and internationally. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and he started his career in Banking, initially in an Irish bank before moving into Prime Brokerage for a large US multinational. He has excelled in cultivating long lasting relationships with clients and candidates. His vision and passion for recruitment, drives his ambition for excellence at Strive.
