Background
Our client is an established Main Contractor who is seeking an experienced Site
Manager to join their team, working on a residential development in Wexford.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Maintain high Health & Safety and quality standards.
- Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues and oversee snagging and handover.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in construction, with previous Site Management experience.
- Strong residential construction background.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects to programme.
- Relevant construction qualification or trade background.
