Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for purchasers from post-completion.
• Oversee quality inspections, snagging and defect resolution across residential developments.
• Coordinate property handovers, ensuring homes meet required quality standards.
• Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and homeowners to resolve outstanding issues.
• Manage customer aftercare queries and coordinate remedial works.
• Maintain accurate records of defects, inspections and customer communications.
• Monitor quality standards and provide regular updates to senior management.

 
Key Skills Required

• Experience in quality, aftercare, finishing or a similar role within residential construction.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and remedial works.
• Ability to manage multiple developments and prioritise workloads
