Background
Our client is an established main contractor delivering a range of construction projects across Ireland. They are looking for an experienced Site Manager / Foreman to oversee the delivery and installation of modular buildings and accommodation units across school and public-sector projects.
Package Details:
- Annual salary: €75k DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day running and coordination of site activities.
- Oversee the delivery, lay down and installation of modular units.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site teams.
- Monitor progress, programme and quality of works.
- Manage site resources, deliveries and sequencing of works.
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and the wider project team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Site Manager, Site Foreman or similar construction role.
- Experience managing subcontractors, trades and site activities.
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel to sites nationwide.
