Our client is a well-established residential property developer with a strong track record across Dublin and surrounding areas. They are looking to add an experienced Site Manager to support the smooth delivery of their project in West Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the existing Site Manager with day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate subcontractors and site activities.
- Assist with planning and sequencing works.
- Monitor quality, progress and H&S compliance.
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors and project teams.
- Identify and resolve issues to keep works on programme.
Requirements:
- 4+ years’ experience in a Site Management role.
- Strong residential construction experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety and site operations.
