The Company
Leading Main Contractor who have a track record of delivering some of the land mark projects in Dublin. Experts in the Commercial, Industrial and Pharma sectors they are looking to add a Contracts Manager to the senior management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure contract terms and conditions align with project requirements.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability in contracts.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the contracts lifecycle.
Key Skills Required
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, contract law, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
