The Company
Our client is a top tier MC with a track record delivering building and civil projects. Due to the award of a number of new project in Cork they are looking to hire a Junior QS to work alongside the Senior QS.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Measure quantities and prepare take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.
- Track and manage project costs, including labor, materials, and subcontractor expenses.
Key Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in quantity surveyin.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
