The Company
Our client is an award winning Fit Out contractor who are hiring for the commercial team due to the award of a number of new projects due to starting this summer.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing sub-contractors and suppliers, including payments and variations
- Assessing and pricing project variations and changes
- Preparing interim and final valuations for works completed
Key Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quantity surveying, with experience in fit out or building projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
