The Company
Our client is a leading developer who have been operating in Ireland for over 30 years. They are experts in the delivery of houses and apartments throughout the Leinster region. They are hiring a Senior Engineer/Assistant PM to join their existing site team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure that all work is in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor and report on the progress of the project, highlighting any potential delays or issues to the Project Manager.
- Assist with the preparation of technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project schedule and budget.
Key Skills Required
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
