Health and Safety Officer

Our client is a well-established property developer with a strong track record delivering large-scale residential developments across Ireland.
 
They are currently looking to add an experienced Health & Safety Officer to their team, working across major housing developments in South Dublin and Co. Wicklow.
 
Package Details

• €60k – €65k salary
• Healthcare

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments.
• Provide H&S guidance to site teams and subcontractors.
• Monitor compliance with Irish H&S legislation, RAMS and company procedures.
• Work closely with site management to identify hazards and improve site safety.

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ construction H&S experience.
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification.
• Full clean driving licence.
