Background

Our client is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to oversee health and safety across multiple construction sites in Dublin. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established main contractor with a strong project pipeline.

• Annual salary: €90k – €95k

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage EHS policies, procedures, and compliance with local and national legislation across multiple sites, ensuring consistent safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, identifying issues and driving corrective and preventative actions.
• Oversee incident investigations, monitor and report on safety performance, and manage/mentor Safety Advisors to promote continuous improvement and a strong safety culture.

 
Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Health & Safety role within construction management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively.
• Full clean driving licence is essential.
