Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop design solutions.
- Preparing architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentations using industry-standard software.
- Conducting site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and gather relevant data.
- Participating in design reviews and meetings to ensure the quality and coherence of the design process.
Key Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm, preferably working on commercial or public projects.
- Strong design skills and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual presentations.
- Experience in sustainable design and familiarity with green building certifications is desirable.
