Site Manager
Our client is one of the Top Tier building contractors with a great pipeline of projects. They have been award a new project with an 24 month duration and are hiring a Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a number of Sub Contractors to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.
- Assist and work with the PM Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the project specifications, quality standards, and Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Liaise with the PM and QS to ensure that their requirements are met and that they are kept informed of project progress.
Key Skills Required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong Site management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
