The Business Development Executive collaborates with Investment, Finance, Construction, and Legal teams to support good decisions and effective delivery.

Responsibilities
Develop presentations and commercial materials to support partnership opportunities.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver partnership initiatives.
Monitor partnership activities, milestones, and reporting requirements.
Conduct market and commercial research to assess new opportunities.
Prepare updates and reports for senior leadership and decision-making forums.
Build understanding of business operations, projects, and strategic priorities.
Communicate partnership progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Key skills required
At least 3 years’ experience in the real estate sector, with a background in property economics, property development, commercial agency, or estate management.
Experience in commercial property valuation and/or agency is highly desirable.
