  • QFA/APA qualified (or working towards qualification) with experience in a collections, recovery or customer service environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and in writing.
  • Highly organised, with excellent administrative skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
