Our client is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to join their growing team, supporting a residential construction project in Wexford. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of residential developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage EHS policies, procedures, and initiatives in line with current local and national legislation.
• Carry out routine site inspections and safety audits to identify risks and ensure compliance with required standards.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
• Track and report on health and safety performance, driving continuous improvement across the project.

 
Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Safety Advisor role within residential construction.
• Relevant Health & Safety qualification.
• Full clean driving licence is essential.
