The company:
Our client is a leading residential developer. Due to recent expansion, they are looking for a Health & Safety Office to join their team for a housing project in North Dublin
Key responsibilities:
- Identifying hazards on site and ensuring they are addressed and documented accordingly.
- Ensuring site staff are complying to Health & Safety regulations.
- Ensure site records are being maintained and updated regularly.
Key skills required:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, and a level 7 or above in Health & Safety.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships on site.
- Residential experienced preferred.
