The Company
Our client is an award winning Property Developer who are hiring for the design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate design and construction practices.
- Conduct design assessments and provide recommendations to optimize project performance.
- Monitor and report on project performance.
- Identify and implement innovative design solutions and best practices.
Key Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Design Manager or a similar role within the construction or property industry.
- In-depth knowledge of residential building practices, standards, and certifications.
