Background
Our client is a leading residential developer, specialising in housing and apartment projects.
The primary objective of this role is to support the Technical team in managing and coordinating information across a range of stakeholder groups. The position will play a key role in driving consistency across the wider portfolio, while helping to implement and maintain the structures and processes required for efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities
- Monitoring document compliance (naming, format, numbering, content)
- Supporting setup and management of the project document management system (DMS)
- Maintaining structured file systems, workflows, and technical review processes
- Ensuring consistent submission, review, approval, and distribution of project documentation
- Managing RFIs, submittals, and technical queries through workflow systems
- Supporting information exchange at key project stages (design reviews, tender, handover)
- Coordinating technical data for sales, transactions, and purchaser requests
- Assisting with BCAR documentation collation and compliance
- Supporting safety file and handover documentation for project completion
- Maintaining version control, audit trails, and information accuracy
- Supporting reporting, presentations, and team coordination as required
Key skills required
- Experience working with CDEs or document management systems (DMS) in construction
- Understanding of design processes and information management
- Familiarity with construction workflows such as RFIs, submittals, design reviews, change control, and digital handover
- Experience supporting construction projects
