New Homes Sales Manager

Background
This role is all about helping drive sales across a number of new residential developments in Ireland. You’ll be hands on with day to day sales activity, working closely with agents, keeping track of performance, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll also work with the wider team on pricing, marketing, and launches to help deliver strong results across each scheme.

Responsibilities
- Drive the sales of new residential developments, working to achieve agreed targets and timelines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, buyers, and key stakeholders
- Oversee pricing strategy, unit releases, and sales progression in line with market conditions
- Manage the full sales process from enquiry through to reservation and completion
- Coordinate and attend site launches, viewings, and marketing events
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reporting and insights to senior management
- Work closely with marketing, development, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of each scheme
Key skills required
- 5+ years’ experience in residential property sales in Ireland, including managing agents across multiple developments
- Experience in commercial valuation and/or agency work is a strong advantage
- Degree in Real Estate or a related field is preferred
