Key Responsibilities

• Assist Lending Managers with all new mortgage enquiries and applications
• Review and assess client documents and supporting materials
• Package and submit mortgage applications to lenders
• Maintain client files and manage data entry for new and existing clients
• Manage a pipeline of cases to optimize conversion rates and reduce processing times
• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding items and updates
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality lending processes
• Support client retention initiatives
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Ability to work on your own initiative while supporting a small, dynamic team
• Willingness to learn and develop within the mortgage/lending sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or relevant industry qualification
• Working towards or interest in APA or QFA qualification
• Previous experience in a banking institution, brokerage, or mortgage company is desirable but not essential
