Responsibilities

• Support commercial property projects, including inspections, surveys, research, reports, valuations, and database updates
• Assist with the sale and leasing of commercial properties
• Help with property marketing and client pitches
• Support rent reviews and lease renewals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all systems
• Use relevant technology tools effectively
• Work with the wider team to achieve business goals and KPIs

 
Key skills required

• Full clean drivers license & access to a car.
• PSRA License.
