Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Credit Union’s IT and digital transformation strategy
Provide leadership across cybersecurity, risk management, and IT governance
Oversee core systems, infrastructure, and digital channels
Manage third-party vendors, contracts, and IT service providers
Ensure robust business continuity and disaster recovery planning
Drive enhancements in mobile banking, self-service tools, and automation
Lead and develop both internal and outsourced IT teams
Build collaboration across finance, operations, lending, and member services
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
Minimum 5+ years’ senior IT experience within the financial services environment
Proven track record in IT strategy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Strong project management and vendor negotiation capabilities
High integrity, strategic mindset, and strong risk awareness
