Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Credit Union’s IT and digital transformation strategy
• Provide leadership across cybersecurity, risk management, and IT governance
• Oversee core systems, infrastructure, and digital channels
• Manage third-party vendors, contracts, and IT service providers
• Ensure robust business continuity and disaster recovery planning
• Drive enhancements in mobile banking, self-service tools, and automation
• Lead and develop both internal and outsourced IT teams
• Build collaboration across finance, operations, lending, and member services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5+ years’ senior IT experience within the financial services environment
• Proven track record in IT strategy, digital transformation, and cybersecurity
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong project management and vendor negotiation capabilities
• High integrity, strategic mindset, and strong risk awareness
