As a Contracts Manager, you will:
- Oversee the delivery of multiple residential apartment developments, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe site operations.
- Implement robust project management processes to maintain high standards across all sites.
- Provide leadership and strategic oversight, fostering collaboration and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or similar role in multi-site residential apartment developments.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, particularly in apartment or high- density residential projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
