Key responsibilities:

• Advertise rental properties through various channels, conduct viewings, and vet potential tenants in accordance with Irish tenancy laws.
• Prepare tenancy agreements, manage renewals, and ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) regulations.
• Collect rent, manage arrears, and provide financial reports to landlords, including maintenance budgets and expenses.
• Organise timely repairs and ongoing maintenance by liaising with contractors and ensuring properties are safe and habitable.
• Ensure properties meet legal standards (e.g., fire safety, BER certification), and handle tenant issues or disputes, including RTB mediation if needed.

  
Key skills required:

• Valid PSRA License.
• Full clean drivers license & access to a vehicle.
• 1+ year of experience within lettings or property management.
