Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Senior Leadership team to develop a plan for Continuous Improvement.
• Use Value Stream Mapping to lead teams through improvement planning and implementation.
• Derive Kaizen events to drive improvements.
• Provide training on CI and Lean Tools.

  
Key Requirements:

• 7+ years experience working in a highly regulated Manufacturing environment (MedTech, Pharma, Automotive, Aerospace, FMCG).
• Experience deploying a Lean Operating system and end to end Value Stream improvements in a manufacturing environment.
• Project Management experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is advantageous
