Junior Health & Safety Advisor

A well-established Irish construction contractor is looking to add a Junior Health & Safety Advisor to their team for a school refurbishment project in Blackrock.
 
A good opportunity for someone with construction H&S experience looking to develop their career further on a live school refurbishment project, working closely with the site and project management teams.
 
Package Details:

• Salary €50,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out site inspections, safety checks and risk assessments.
• Assist with RAMS, method statements and safety documentation.
• Support toolbox talks, inductions and site safety standards.
• Monitor H&S compliance across site and subcontractors.
• Assist with accident and incident reporting and investigations.
• Work closely with the Site Manager and project team on H&S matters.

 
Requirements:

• Relevant Health & Safety qualification.
• Some experience in a construction or site-based H&S role.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures and legislation.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Keen to develop and progress within a construction H&S career.
