Background
The Director will lead the overall sales strategy across the residential development portfolio, driving revenue growth, sales performance and the identification of new market opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the company’s residential sales strategy in line with business goals.
• Set sales targets, budgets and forecasts across the development portfolio.
• Use market knowledge and sales data to support pricing, product and development decisions.
• Lead residential sales across all developments.
• Manage sales launches, release programmes, purchaser pipelines and sales performance.
• Oversee the full sales process from initial enquiry through to booking, contracts, completion and handover.

 
Key skills required

• Senior sales experience within residential property sector.
• Proven track record in delivering residential sales targets and development launches.
