Background:
Strive search is partnering with a longstanding Irish PLC client for the recruitment of a HR & Talent Partner in the Dublin HQ office.
The ideal candidate will have both HR, Recruitment and Business Partnering experience in a similar industry environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a consultative approach internally with regards to HR and people related queries and lead new HR initiatives.
• Provide support to leadership across multiple sites.
• Establish a high quality recruitment candidate experience.
• Onboarding of new joiners.
• Manage end to end recruitment processes.
• Maintain important key stakeholder relationships, such as those with universities for graduate pipelining.

 
Key Requirements:

• Min HR or related degree.
• CIPD qualification advantageous
• 6+ years experience across HR / Talent Acquisition / Business Partner related positions, within a construction / engineering / manufacturing related environment.
• Full driver’s license and vehicle owner
