The Company
Our client is an award winning Property Management Company who are hiring for the Sustainability team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate sustainable design and construction practices.
- Conduct sustainability assessments and provide recommendations to optimize project performance.
- Promote energy efficiency, waste reduction, and renewable energy adoption.
- Monitor and report on sustainability performance, including energy consumption, water usage, waste management, and carbon emissions.
- Identify and implement innovative sustainability solutions and best practices.
Key Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Sustainability Manager or a similar role within the construction or property industry.
- In-depth knowledge of sustainable building practices, standards, and certifications.
