Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage project programmes, resources, and key deliverables.
Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Monitor progress, costs, and performance, implementing corrective actions as required.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Control budgets and provide accurate financial and progress reporting.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager.
Key Skills Required
Degree in Construction Management or a related discipline is desirable
5+ years’ experience managing residential construction projects, including apartments and duplexes.
Demonstrated success delivering complex projects to programme and budget.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements.
Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Competent in project management systems and digital tools.
Strong problem-solving ability with a high level of attention to detail.
