Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of building operations, including front-of-house and facilities management, ensuring the highest standards are maintained in line with the company’s asset services strategy.
- Continuously identify and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
- Drive improvements across the property portfolio by managing and optimising both hard and soft FM service providers.
- Develop and execute a building strategy focused on innovation and sustainability, minimising environmental impact throughout the asset’s lifecycle.
- Take a proactive approach to building management to deliver an exceptional experience for tenants and visitors alike.
Key skills required:
- Previous experience in a 5-star hospitality environment or similar customer-focused setting.
- Confident, professional, and comfortable engaging with executive-level clients.
- Technically aware, with support available from a dedicated team of service vendors.
