Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, welcoming service to members in-branch, online, and by phone
- Assist members with account queries, lodgements, withdrawals, and online banking support
- Process membership applications and account updates
- Support the loan application process by collecting documentation and responding to member queries
Key Skills Required
- APA in Loans (or working towards it); QFA a strong advantage
- 1-2 years’ experience in a financial services or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
