The Role

• Support the Project and Contracts Managers in delivering the project to programme, quality, and budget targets
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure efficient workflow
• Review and track drawings, reports, and technical documentation to maintain design and build consistency
• Monitor project progress, highlight potential risks, and assist with implementing mitigation plans
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, HSE standards, and company quality systems.

What You’ll Need

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with a main contractor on commercial, logistics, or mixed-use projects
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership abilities
• Strong teamwork skills with a proactive, solutions-driven approach
• Ambition to progress into a Project Manager position within a leading development environment
