Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Health & Safety on-site, ensuring compliance with legislation and company standards
- Conduct site inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
- Promote a strong safety culture through training, engagement, and toolbox talks
- Provide guidance and support to site teams, subcontractors, and management
- Monitor and report on HSE performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures
Key Skills Required
- Relevant Health & Safety qualification (Degree, Diploma, or equivalent)
- 6+ years’ experience in a senior EHS role within construction, ideally on commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of Irish H&S legislation, standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to influence site teams and promote proactive safety behaviours
