Our client are looking for a Project Manager to join their team on a major data centre project in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large scale project in the region. You will be reporting and working closely with the Project Director.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and nurture positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project objectives and expectations are clearly understood and consistently met.
Act as a key communicator between internal teams and external partners, providing clarity on project objectives, progress, and any emerging challenges.
Contribute to defining project scope, delivery strategies, and budget planning, applying engineering knowledge to optimise outcomes and value.
Prepare clear, detailed project documentation and progress reports to a professional standard.
Guide and support project teams, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and that milestones are achieved within agreed timelines.
Assist in tracking and analysing project performance, keeping reporting tools and databases updated regularly.
Work closely with Commercial and Senior Management teams to highlight risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth contract and project delivery
Key Skills Required
Solid understanding of technical project delivery processes.
At least 3 years’ experience in the construction sector, ideally on complex or large-scale projects.
Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Knowledge of project delivery frameworks and technical methodologies.
Strong IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint); able to produce high-quality reports and presentations.
Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
