Our client is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their Business Development Team. The role will support the origination, negotiation, and growth of State Partnerships, focusing on the sale of Social, Affordable, and Cost Rental homes across their current and future landbank.

Base salary €45,000 – €50,000

Responsibilities:
Support the proposal and agreement of sales and new State partnership opportunities
Prepare investment presentations and analysis to guide future strategy
Research housing demand and identify Local Authority needs nationwide
Manage Part V commercial agreements across internal and external teams to meet project timelines
Provide clear and accurate sales updates to senior management and stakeholders
Lead the preparation of tender documentation for new partnership opportunities
Help identify and evaluate new market opportunities to align with business strategy
Key skills required:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate, ideally with a background in Property Economics, Property Development, Commercial Agency, or Estate Management.
Experience in commercial valuation and/or agency is a strong advantage.
