Head of Building Services

We are working with a leading main contractor who is looking to hire a hands-on Building Services Manager (€95,000 DOE + Package) for upcoming commercial and residential projects. This is a site-focused role – no team management yet – but you’ll be responsible for coordinating M&E works from design through to handover.
 
The Role:

• Coordinate all mechanical and electrical services on-site
• Work with subcontractors, consultants, and design teams
• Review M&E drawings, resolve clashes, and ensure smooth integration
• Monitor quality, compliance, and programme milestones
• Support commissioning and final handover

 
What You’ll Need:

• 4+ years’ experience in building services / MEP coordination
• Relevant qualification in Building Services, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Experience with a main contractor or M&E subcontractor
• Strong technical and communication skills
