We’re working with a leading contractor who is looking to hire an experienced EHS professional to join a high-profile construction project in the Greater Dublin Area.
 
This role will suit someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about promoting a strong health & safety culture on-site.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor the company’s EHS Management System across the site
• Promote a positive health & safety culture with site teams and subcontractors
• Conduct weekly site inspections and generate clear, actionable reports
• Build effective working relationships with the wider project team
• Coach and influence best-practice EHS behaviours across site operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Recognised EHS qualification – NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 8+ years’ experience in a dedicated Health & Safety role
• Strong background in construction environments
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS reporting systems
