Customer Success Coordinator – Residential Developer – €50K + package
  
Our client is Ireland’s largest and most respected residential developer, known for delivering high-quality homes and vibrant communities. As the business continues to grow, they’re now looking to add a Customer Success Coordinator to their dynamic Sales & Marketing team.
  
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the customer journey — from initial handover to aftercare support — ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every homeowner. You’ll be the vital link between the customer and the internal teams, helping to build trust, solve issues quickly, and represent the brand with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for buyers once their property is ready for snagging.
• Manage the full snagging process, guiding buyers from their initial inspection through to final sign-off.
• Work closely with Construction and Project Managers to help meet key deadlines and handover targets.
• Support buyers with any questions about the closing process.
• Provide clear information and guidance to homeowners before they move in.
• Handle any aftersales issues during the Defects Liability Period.
• Assess reported issues, coordinate with contractors and relevant teams to resolve them quickly.
• Log all issues in the defects management system and monitor progress until fully resolved.
• Attend internal team meetings and meetings with contractors and solicitors.
• Prepare monthly reports on aftersales activity and issue trends.

  
Key skills required:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction OR property sector.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise.
