Our client is one of Ireland’s top 5 main building contractors who are hiring for the commercial team due to the award of several new projects aiming to start this summer.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing sub-contractors and suppliers, including payments and variations.
• Assessing and pricing project variations and changes.
• Preparing interim and final valuations for works completed.

Key Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with experience in building projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
