Buyer – Dublin 12
Our client is a leading civil engineering firm specialising in site development, groundworks, pipeline construction, and utilities installation.
They are now seeking an Intermediate Buyer to join their commercial team and play a key role in the procurement function of the business.

Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials, plant, and subcontractor services to support active construction sites
- Negotiate supplier agreements and manage procurement budgets
- Monitor and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely supply to site
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and manage purchase orders/invoices
- Work closely with site teams and project managers to forecast and fulfil procurement needs
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar buying/procurement role, ideally within civils or residential construction
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organisational skills
