Responsibilities:
- Assist with sourcing suppliers and obtaining competitive quotes
- Help manage purchase orders, contracts, and supplier relationships
- Track and coordinate deliveries to ensure project timelines are met
- Work closely with the commercial and site teams to manage stock levels
- Support negotiations to ensure best value without compromising quality
- Maintain accurate procurement records and assist in reporting
Key skills required:
- 1–3 years of experience in a buying or procurement role, ideally in construction or housing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office and purchasing systems
