We are working with a well-established Irish owned building contractor to recruit for a motivated and detail-driven Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will be part of a collaborative and well-established team delivering high-value, complex projects across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement and management of subcontractors and suppliers
- Issuing and administering subcontracts
- Managing subcontractor accounts and final settlements
- Preparing and agreeing monthly valuations with client representatives
- Supporting monthly Value Cost Reconciliation and forecasting
- Preparing monthly payment claims
- Producing internal and external project cash flow reports
- Managing change control processes, including negotiation of variations
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Quantity Surveying
OR
- General Construction/Engineering Degree + 4 years QS experience
OR
- MSc in Quantity Surveying (conversion course)
Salary – €45,000 – €70,000 per year, depending on experience
