About the Role:
Our client is a leading Irish housing developer with a strong track record of delivering high quality residential projects. With a large development in West Dublin, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee construction activities and ensure smooth project delivery.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all onsite operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Coordinate with utility providers, including Irish Water, to ensure seamless service connections and compliance.
• Supervise subcontractors and site teams, maintaining health & safety standards.
• Work closely with project managers and engineers to drive efficiency and problem-solve on-site issues.
• Ensure adherence to planning, environmental, and building regulations.

  
Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential construction in Ireland.
• Strong knowledge of utility coordination, particularly with Irish Water.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
