Leading Developer who have a track record of delivering large housing and apartment projects in Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Wicklow.
They are looking to add a Contracts Manager to the senior management team.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure contract terms and conditions align with project requirements.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and identify potential areas of vulnerability in contracts.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the contracts lifecycle.

Key Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, contract law, and relevant regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
