Role: Valuer – Leading Estate Agency – NI
Contract: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm; Saturdays as rostered (currently 1 in 4, 9:30am–12:30pm)
Location: North Down

Role Overview:
The Valuer will play a key role in winning new instructions, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, managing contracts, and providing excellent client service. The position involves work across resale properties, individual site sales, development land, and New Homes.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Secure new sales instructions
• Conduct property viewings and negotiations
• Manage contracts through to completion
• Deliver client service and reporting
• Prioritise workload effectively
• Generate new business leads

  
Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• IT proficient
• Full, clean UK driving licence required
